Where can I buy Paint Tool SAI (English!) and Photoshop?

So I've always used to use Paint Tool Sai for E V E R Y T H I N G digital art related. For many months. But for the past few months, I've been dead. The trial of it which I had expired and I dont know where I can get it anywhere else. I'm willing to pay the money for it, and I searched all over. I cant find it! Where can I get SAI for: -INFINITE Trial, for free if possible -English Sai -Official download site and I really want to add photoshop to my list of digital art programs. Where can I get Photoshop thats less expensive? I just need it for drawing/editing purposes...CS6 is too expensive since i'm planning to ask my parents for it. Where can I get CS5 and below? Is it cheaper? What can I do?!
