How can I file a lawsut against a company that keeps trying to stop you from geting unemployment?

The company that I use to work for is still trying to stop me from getting my unemployment. I was cleared through the hearing and the board of appeals now I have to appear before the board of appeals again what should I do to stop them from harassing me?

Nothing, really. It's part of the process and many companies will work harder at keeping you from getting unemployment compensation than they ever did at making you a better employee in the first place and retaining you. It's policy, it's what they do.
