How to lose weight the healthy way?

  • I am trying to lose weight for my holiday, the 13th of July. I'm not really fat, nor slim and I want to be. The weather is awful so I can't go cycling like I want to be able to. I also can't find the motovation. I have been doing a 15min pilates work out for a week, but I don't know if it's making a difference. I have cut down on some fats, and am drinking a lot more water. My mum is still cooking tea quite late, but I can't just turn tea down, (more weight is put on if you eat late). I'm also a very fussy eater. Have you got any healthy meals, snacks to stop me snacking, exersies or any other losing weight tips

Alright if you want to be healthy this is what ya gotta do 1rst off don't eat any junk food, prossesed food refined food little fats and suger no McDonald or any high fat fast food junk only eat natural vegtibles and fruits eat lean meat and whole grains, excersise every day, cardio is key run, walk, bike, swim, whatever just keep moveing tadaaa good luck yo

- avoid any junk foods in home. Popcorn, Candy bars, chips, peanut butter, anything with 10+ grams in fat or more than 200 calories. It would help if mom was on a strict diet too. - pedometers help. 5,000+ steps a day. On average I walk 9,000 steps a day at work. - avoid school foods. School foods are crap eating. Bring your own lunch. School foods are laced with high calories.
