In the PC game Port Royale 3, do the five items a town produces change from game to game?

• So I got the game and love it, but was wondering if I start a new game, will the items that a town produces change or will it always be the same from game to game. I ask because I can't find the info in the manual and I wanted to make a list of what towns produced what so I could set up trade routes, but if it changes from game to game then there is no point. Anyone else have this game and know the answer? Also any links to any sites offering walkthroughs or tips or anything would help as well.

  I'm only on my second free-play, but I haven't noticed a change in production traits between the different games. I assume they're hard-coded in to ensure the balance of the map.
