How can I get rid of scars?!?

• When playing, I get a ton of cuts.. and I pick at the scabs and rip them off... then I get scars that are dark circles where the cut was.. it looks weird. When I wear shorts, my scars show on my legs and it's a turn-off.. how can I get rid of these, if there is a way.. Picking a scab is something I do a lot.. I am trying to stop, but I have to get rid of the scabs.. Thanks.. Mike

  Adam Lambert has the worst acne scars. With all the money he's making now, even beauty products can't do anything about his face. Avoid exposure from the sun, use a floppy hat but you can't wear that on your legs, so wear socks & jeans. The sun can darken them, even skin where it never saw daylight. The sun can go through clothing. I got infections from my flea bites when I was a kid and like you they turned into scabs, but I'm almost 60 now but they've healed since then. Sunscreens or lotions does not protect you from nasty, painful burns. Lotions does not protect you from skin cancer. Lotions does not protect you from skin diseases. Lotions does not protect you from discolorations - permanently. And lotions does not protect you from skin tags, freckles, moles, they will only get larger, darker, and bumpier as they are exposed from UV.
