How can I apply in a community college in Texas ?

You can find info for Austin Community College here: http://www.austincc.edu/support/admissions/applying.php If this isn't the college you're interested in, then Google the schools you wish to attend and find the information. The majority of community colleges have lenient admission standards, so as long as you are graduating from an accredited high school or obtaining your GED you most likely will be admitted. As an out-of-state resident you will have to pay higher tuition rates. Also, since most community colleges do not have housing you'll be responsible for finding a place to live if you don't have family or friends in Austin.
