What character can I cosplay at the Anime North convention this year?

I need to find a character to cosplay at the convention but I don't know who to cosplay. First, I can't spend much money like on a regular good costume that has it all, I would like to create it from the stuff in my closet. I have black hair up to my shoulders and brown eyes. Please, I need help!!!

Yozora Mikazuki - Boku wa Tomodachi thats the only one that stands out as lengthy black hair and all but there are so many others i would probably just search harem animes and you'd find a ton of black haired characters lol..
