How do I get an interview with kmart?

I have a job interview at Kmart next week?

• Kmart in Australia. I haven't ever had a job or job interview before. How do I make sure that I get this job? What is a job interview like? How do I keep calm during the interview? Please tell me anything I need to know, all help will be appreciated. I'm extremely nervous but I honestly think I have a pretty good chance of getting the job. There is a few people from my year level at my school who work there. Oh and how do you know if you got the job? Will they usually tell you on the spot or send you an email/call your mobile etc. ?   When you introduce yourself, think of some interesting things and try to impress the manager, keep smiling and laughing and if he tells any weird jokes, laugh or smile again. Eye contact is very important. Try to dress in a formal way and remember not to loose your cool. Trust me i have been in that situation, try to think of everyone else as donkeys and think that they know nothing except you. If they ask questions on 1 to 1 interview, look at them in the eye and say something special. If they ask something like have you ever stolen anything at a workplace, never say yes, cause that means u will never be selected, Yeah thats all and one more thing always believe in yourself
