How do you open a radio station?

How to change radio station name in pip-boy radio tab in fallout 3?

• I have downloaded an extra radio station for Fallout 3 but wish to change it's name to be viewed with the new name i gave it in the pip-boy with no alterations whatsoever to the music. I have downloaded G.E.C.K already. When I open the .esm file to load the radio, what should I change in order to have the radio display an alternate name in game? I'm doing this to be viewed in my version of the game only. I will not be uploading this file onto theinternet and I am not attempting to steal mods or infringe copyright laws. I just want to change the name so it looks "cooler" on my Fallout 3 version. Thanks :)

  There is no way to do so in the game... Once the name is selected, there is no turning back. Good luck!
