What does a customer care representative do?

Is there any way to contact YouTube Customer Care Representative?

  • The help center in YouTube is just a waste of time & there i only find posts with questions for other YouTube members with the same issue & trying to figure it out how to solve the issue but no reply from YouTube Customer Care who can solve the issue, & this not just with one specific issue but with all other issues this is the only way it work by just posting ur problem & other members reply in the same post that they've the same issue & some members comes to write that " u might be not in good standing or maybe u & maybe u...etc " just to get promoted with their membership level by writing more & more with no point cuz they're just members as all other members & can't solve anything & don't have admin privileges to solve problems... I wanna know if there is a way i can contact YouTube CC Representative to explain the issue i have & solve it direct as every Yahoo! users can with their Yahoo! CC, is there something like " Contact Us " by email or chat with YouTube or they don't wanna be contacted by their users, is this Google's way of dealing with things?!!! Anyone can help???

    Have you tried the link 'About Youtube'? In there I see a link 'contact details'. Since there are millions of users, responding every single mail is impossible. So it is normal that Youtube and others create help centers and forums.
