Is the Solano Community College in Fairfield, CA a good place to enter?

Where could a person interested in running and or jogging find others searching for the same?

I like the community college and the walk/path that takes you there from Fairfield. I can't find another place outside in town.

I don't know your city but I can say that if you join online running sites where you can meet and socialize with other runners, you may meet some in your community who will run with you. Try dailymile.com, RunKeeper.com, and craigslist community. But be careful on craigslist due to its reputation Also post on the college's bulletin board or website that you would like to meet other runners. Or look for other runners on the footpath :)
