Is there a specific difference between GTA IV for PS3 or 360?

Does many people still play gta iv online on ps3 and xbox today ?

it depends at what time you play. Sometimes you will join full lobbies and sometimes you won't. You should get the xbox because GTA 5 is coming out.

Well, I have GTA IV for PC and I can say, there aren't many people playing online, when i search for a game mode, there are people just playing Deathmatch mode
