Why do I have sudden fast and pounding heartbeats?

    OMG! WHAT???? well, I used to love to listen to my girlfriends' heartbeats (at around age = 14 to 15). I used to put my hands on their chests to feel their heartbeats.. it used to sound cute. I used to feel their pulse rate too. Haha I had so much fun with them. ^_^ I miss my friends! :(

Hearing a heartbeat is suppose to be very comforting. I bought a sound machine since I work third shift and sleep during the day. It has several sounds to choose from to help drown out the lawnmowers outside. My favorite is the rain and heartbeat!
