Where is download manager in opera?

Why does internet download manager shows download resume not supported?

i have internet download manager and i use it for downloadin large files.normally when i download files it shows download resume supported but when i tried from some other video websites it showed download resume as "no".please dont tel me that it has something to do with the server.ok i accept that it depends on the server but please dont tel me abt that now coz i tried downloadin the same video from the same website with firefox download manager and it worked and i was abke to resume the download also.i again tried the same thing once more with idm but there was no reesume support,again i did the same with firefox for confirmation and it was able to resume the download again.is this a problem with idm?plz explain
