How do I deal with money problems?

How to dig out of these money problems?

  • My fiance and I are both college students. Our bank account if over drafted 200, it's going into collections in 14 days if it's not in the positive. He has 5 outstanding tickets, and today he got a driving on suspended, for which he could face jail time for if he doesn't have it cleared up in a month. It is going to cost $700 to pay for everything to have him prepared for his court date. I recently received a no insurance ticket, because we can not afford to pay for insure. Our only source of income is from his restaurant job. We have two kids that 2 years and 4 years. I just finished up classes for this semester for today, so I have applied to three different jobs already. It is difficult for me to work while in classes, because we don't have any evening child care, and daycare is only open during the day, when I'm in class. We have no idea how to get out this situation without him going to jail or me losing my driver licenses. We are going to have bills coming due soon also, and barley have enough money to just provide the children. We are already receiving food stamps, so, that isn't a solution to save money. If you any solutions, please, share them with me.

Ya you might want to reconsider that relationship. And I think school is going to have to wait until the kids themselves are in school. You should really try to get a job, or move in with a family member or a friend while you look for lucrative work. then once some money begins to pour in, you can start paying off debts, go to school while the kids are in school, and start to breathe again. The dad should be in his kid's lives, but not if he is a financial drain on you. Reconsider the joint bank account too

You can't afford to be a college student. You have 2 children that can't wait until Mommy and Daddy get done with their college education. That is the real problem. Get a full time job, pay off the bills and then consider night school classes. You should have waited with starting a family until AFTER college because it is simply impossible to do both on a shoe string budget and part time jobs.

No solution as your boyfriend seems to have no regard for traffic laws and so he will be a constant drain on your finances. Maybe you should think about a new law abiding boyfriend

you're messed up all around. you have kids with an iirresponsible individual who disregards the law and could care less about his family. throw is *** out, get yourself a job to support your kids. theydon't deserve what your putting them through. he's a poor example of a parent, cut the cord, get to jobs and family services and get some support and direction WITHOUT HIM, and get some support papers on him for the children. do it NOW!!! you're sinking fast.

Whatever you do, don't take the Internet offer!!! It's a long dusty road and you will be worse off... I feel really really sorry for you, all you need is $1000, please ask a family member, this is not as big as you think, you will be fine! I would give you $2000 straight away if I were your friend... I know what it's like :-( All the best

See if someone close to you can lend you the money. Like family. Just make sure you pay themback. It happens sometimes nobody is perfect. Be strong and don't let that make you feel like its the end of the world. Just think positive.

You guys can't afford to be in college. College is a luxury. You are ruining your futures just as much as improving them with the law breaking. People with records don't get hired.
