What is the difference a medical lab technician and a medical lab scientist?

Answer:
Education and that leads to responsibility & accountability. Its like a LPN and an RN. The Technician has an associates degree and can do some tests only and ones of less complexitiy. The CLS (clinical lab scientist) has a bachelors & can do all the tests, including blood bank, supervise MLTs, trouble shoot, and do complex testing. They are also paid more.
