How do you play the games on TI-89?

How to play Steam games from other drive?

  • I recently purchased an SSD and downloaded steam onto it. I have multiple drives on my computer but i would like to know how i can play games from my old HDD becuase i have a ton of games installed onto it. Im using the same steam account on both drives but when I use my SSD the games are unplayable. Its pathetic how steam wont just play the games from the other drive with no problem. I have limited space on my SSD so reinstalling them into that drive is not an option. Please someone help my find a way to be able to play my old games from my HDD while im using my SSD account.

  • Answer:

There are utilities like Steam Mover that let you move installed games from the drive with Steam to other hard drives. You have to download it to your SSD (or wherever Steam is installed), but after that you can move it to wherever you want. http://www.traynier.com/software/steammover

Other answers

You have to have Steam installed on whatever drive you want to run the games from, because games need to be in the SteamApps folder in order to have Steam recognize them.
