What can I do about my tense neck?

What can I buy my mom to help with her chronic back and neck pain?

  • My mom was in a car accident about 25 years ago and it really did a lot of damage to her lower back and her neck. She also has to do a lot of hard labor every day as part of her job. I already bought her a special pillow for her birthday to help with her neck and she says it is helping a little bit. I was looking into that Light Relief thing I saw on television, but I found out that was a total scam. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any good remedies or something I can buy to help her with her neck and back pain. Thank you!
