How much acting experience do you need to get an acting agent?

  • Hi, I'm thinking of getting an acting agent but I don't have much acting experience, I have lots of acting training though. How much acting experience do you think is enough to put on my resume if I get the lead roles of the play? I'm a beginner actor and 13 years old (: Thanks in advance!

    to get a good agent, quite a bit. you to have done plays, had a couple of years in training and maybe a commercial or 2. so yess it will take you some time to get an agent unless your very lucky or you know the right people. they go through hundreds, if not thousands of resume's every month so your one would have to be pretty outstanding.
