What Yugioh Structure Deck is good for Beginners?

• Yeah...so i'm thinking about getting back into Yugioh but since i haven't played in years i'm gonna have to buy all these new cards, know what they do, and know the different rules now. So..what Yugioh Structure Deck is good for Beginners, well, for people who are just getting back into Yugioh? I want to Duel again and maybe even enter into a Tournament (for the fun) in the near future if i get the hang of the "new rules" :P But yeah, i just want to build a solid, stable Deck that will help me win some Duels, so what Structure Deck should i get first and then what cards or packs should i add to it? P.S. I'm hearing a lot of people talking about these BlackWing Cards so if you can give me some info on those (and others of course) that would be great!

  dragons collide or gates of the underworld are the two best structure decks at the moment, they both come with lots of good cards and staple cards that almost every deck uses, mind control,mst,book of moon stuff like that. the best of the two is probably dragons collide as it has alot of good reprints and buying 3 of the deck and a black luster soldier - envoy of the beginning pretty much finishes off the whole deck, all you'd need to do then is buy super rare reprints of solemn warning, a common solemn judgement and other common staples that all can be obtained from past structure decks.
