How do I take the music from my iPod and post it on my iTunes?

I have not registered my iPod to my computer I have taken songs from many of my friends iTunes and I would like to give my iPod to my boyfriend completely wiped of my music that I was also like to be able to put the music on the iPod onto my iTunes how can I do this

If your songs are purchased from iTunes store, Plug in iPod to computer, then go to iTunes menu "File-> Transfer purchases", It will copy your bought songs from iPod to computer.
