Which is better: a touchscreen qwerty keyboard or a physical qwerty keyboard?

Does the Lg Rumor Reflex Come With A Touchscreen QWERTY keyboard as well?

• I wanted the LG Rumor Reflex but i seemed to notice that it only came with a qwerty keyboard that slid out. Is that the only way i can text? If not then does it come with a swpye system as well

  If you close the phone when you reply to a text, an on screen keyboard will pop up, but it's not a "full" keyboard-it looks like a keyboard you would see on a candy bar style phone (for example, you have to press #5 three times to get the letter "L"). There's also a "pen" feature, where you can write out the letters with your finger. It doesn't have swype.
