How do you know if he wants to be more than just friends?

She wants to be "just friends" , but i know that she have feelings for me ...?

  • so guys it all started last year , this girl was always trying to hang out with me at school and always flirting and everything , i told my friend this summer that i could easily hook up with her , and he told her friend who told her which really did hurt her... 4 months ago i told her that i like her but she said she wants to stay friends , i took it as a challenge and didnt give up , we became alot closer and we were supposed to go out a couple of times but coincidentally we didnt , and i started to love her , i wrote her 2 poems and she loved them , and 2 days ago i showed her the third , and the thing is , i know she has feelings for me , im positive , and when i asked her if she does , she couldnt say no ... she trusted me with her deepest secrets , things she never told anyone about , she told me she might be too insecure but she doesnt want a relationship right now and i told her goodbye . someone please help , i love her and i know she has feelings for me you should also know that her ex cheated on her twice with two of her best friends and she loved him but that was a year ago , you should also know that all her friends dont want her to be with me , because they say that im gonna hurt her and that im an asshole , im gonna finish high school in 2 months but im staying in my hometown for college , should i wait till i finish or should i get over her , i really love that girl . please give me ur opinion.

Don't read too much into it....if she is telling you that she only wants to be friends with you...that's what it means, nothing more. Now, if you start fantasizing about her statement meaning something else, you will certainly get hurt in the end. It doesn't matter what the reasons are because, they all add up to her not wanting a relationship with you, so it's best to move on and not over think this. Believe me...I am speaking from experience.
