Can I use France Switzerland Eurail pass for Paris to Interlaken TGV train?

Are there extra fees at the kiosk to make train reservations in Europe?

• I will be traveling through Europe from end of May through mid June and will be passing through France, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Italy. I am planning to buy the Eurail Global Pass. I know that most of the trains through Italy, the scenic trains in Switzerland, and the Amsterdam-Paris train require reservations. I know the cost of the reservation varies according to the exact route. Are there additional fees when making the reservation at the ticket window in Europe ? Do the cost of reservations change according to the day it is made? I know there are admin fees when making reservations online in the U.S. and I am trying to figure out which way would be cheaper.   No, the fees for using a Eurail pass do not change if you use a ticket window or ticket machine to make the reservation nor do they depend on when you book. Here in Italy, the fee will be 10 euro for the fast trains and 3 euro for the few remaining Intercity trains. The fees for night trains will depend on what accommodations you take.
