How to grow an eggplant hydroponically?

• I need to do my science fair project and i need to grow an eggplant hydroponically but i don't know how, should i just plant the eggplants or am i supposed to plant the seeds....also are they other veggies that grow pretty fast on the the hydroponical way?

  I have never heard of eggplants grown Hydrophonically. Usually the green veggies are the one grown like this, for example lettuce. I knew that eggplants doesn't like too much water, so I am afraid this project of yours might won't work. Try tomato if you like. I heard they do it in Japan.
