What are the best running socks?

Blood on my socks after running?

  • From time to time when I come home and take my shoes off after running, my socks are very bloody! BUT there is no blood on my toes or feet and no signs of any cuts or anything. I do get blisters on my feet but they are not blood blisters, just regular blisters with no sign of blood in them. Matter fact after today's "bloody run" I have inspected my feet and one blister is not even popped yet. And the blood on the socks is dry. I know for a fact it was not there before I put the socks on. And I have inspected the inside of the shoe, there is no blood there either. And there is no part of my feet that hurts and the blisters dont hurt either. Can someone please help me figure out why MY SOCKS ARE BLEEDING!

  • Answer:

I think your missing something.. either that or you have the rare disorder which makes you sweat blood, only localized in your feet...

Are the insides of your shoes red/brown? Sometimes the dye in show fabric can bleed into your socks when your feet sweat. I have shoes that make blue spots on my socks. I used to have ones that left brown marks, almost like dried blood.
