Help in fifa 12 career mode manager?

• i am new to fifa 12 on pc i havent played manager mode before and i am starting it now with fifa 12 i am playing with fc barcelona i have heard that one shud always change squad so as to keep all players happy and manage everything from budget to salaries and stuff also i don't know which players to transfer and stuff can some1 plz explain the manager mode from basics or can anyone tell me any website where an amateur can learn to become a manger

  Keeping players happy by changing the squad? I guess you meant giving every players a chance. Ofcourse you don't have to play the weak players like every 2 or 3 matches. You just need to win the matches with the players who you think are good enough to start a match. When a player gets sad about getting no match time, he'll let you know that he need more match time so when he does that, substitute him in a couple of matches, and place him in the starting line-up against weaker teams. Managing a team isn't hard after all, 1.reach the season objectives. 2.loan the players who are in the age 18-21 so that he'd get some experience thus improving his skill. 3.When you loan out a player, make sure you loan them to a team where he'll get to play many matches. 4.Sell the players who are above 32 or 33 years of age (only those with lower rating or if you have another good player for the same position ) 5.You don't really need to play the training matches in during the pre-season so if you are worrying about losing those matches just simulate them, also try to rotate your squad during pre-season so that you might find some players who's in good form. 6.Never buy a player from your rivals since you need to pay so much to complete the deal. If you are planning to start with a Not-So-Strong teams like everton or newcastle, sign players from age 23-26 so that you could build a team for the future. Doing this you might feel difficult to win matches in your first season but when you are in your third or fourth, you'll pretty much have a good squad to go the league title. 7.If you are looking for quick success, you can buy Gotze, robben (you have to pay more since bayern keeps saying that they dont have enough dept in that position, Zlatan, Neuer or lloris. These players can pretty much win a game themselves. 8.If you are going to start a game with board difficulty set to legendary, try not to spend the money in the first season...ofcourse you can buy younger players in an intention to build a squad for the next season but i advice you to loan players from others team so that you can reach the objective set for the current season, if you succeed you'll get more money thus you can buy good players. Thats pretty much everything and always try to play in legendary difficulty or atleast world-class cause playing in other difficulty you can pretty much win every match by atleast four or five goals so there wont be any fun or pressure you know ;)
