How to get sss statistic?

How to transfer a lot under my name ,i bought it with a person who get this lot from the bid in SSS.?

  • i bought a house last eight years ago with this person who who get it from the bid in sss.after 1 year paying installment in sss she sold the property to me .so what happen i am the one who continue paying the installment in sss.this year im about to finish the payment ..what is the proper procedure i must to do ?since this is under her name in sss.,do i need to transfer it 2 times ?first from sss to her name ,and then from her to my name ?since i have power of attorney and deeds of sale from her could it be possible to transfer it direct to me ?what kinds of tax do i need to pay ? what is the proper procedure do i have to do ,since this property is still not my name am i oblidge to pay the tax?and during the time that this property is under the sss is it exemted from tax ?thank you very much .it would be greatly appreciated if somebody can answer my question .

If you are not near a local branch you can use the SSS automated telephone service by calling the SSS IVRS at 917-7777 or call 920-6446 to 55 to speak to an SSS representative from 8:00 am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.
