How To open an Facebook account that is blocked..?

I forgot my password of yahoo aswell as fb so I tried to change the e-mail by selecting trusted frndz and it ws locked for 24 hours...After 24 hours wen i tried to open mah account it was blocked And they asked for identity like passport etc... or it asks to open through computers i used b4 bt e1 through dat i m nt able to open...And my id ws really important...Any way to get it bck..PLz guys i need ur Help....!!

the only way to get it back is to follow the instructions and provide government proof of your identity
