My friend/her family is so furious cause I hacked her facebook? Details in description. Please help :)?

• Hi! Ok, so I will tell you guys the story:D So my friend told me her facebook password, and then I just started going on it and then I eventually changed the password. Then I started liking photos and comments and stuff. Then, people were chatting me, and i replied, but i never started convos and i only said like hi, cool, ok, etc. Then, my friend's parents notified the principal of my school, the guidance counselor, and a couple other people that someone was hacking their facebook. I was being stupid, and i just kept on going on her facebook. After a couple more weeks of this, my friend went into school and accused 2 random people that she doesnt like (that both are my friends) that they hacked into their facebook. After that happened, I only went on once in a while. However, in like a week or so, they had a computer investigator track down my computer. After they tracked down my computer, i admitted it. Then, that night, I had to go and talk to my friends mom and told her that I was the one who hacked. She wasn't furious, because we have known them for a while. However, she told me its gonna take a while for her to trust me again. Then, myparents had to have a bunch of meetings with the principal and stuff. However, my friend is kinda a spaz, and everyone was afraid how she was gonna react to the news. So, I got suspended for 2 days and i have 2 do 2 saturday detentions. While I was on suspension her mom told my friend while she was with her therapist. She was really mad. However, I called her, and explained the whole thing. Then, she came over, and we talked in person. She was mad, but not super duper furious. However, while we were talking, she gave me a list of people she wanted to tell (that i hacked her facebook). I asked her kindly if maybe they could come to her and instead of her broadcasting it. She told me, "No, it's part of my punishment." There, i just shook it off and changed the subject, but that really set me off. I was getting suspended for 2 days, and two 3 hour long detentions? Am I getting punished enough???? So my momemailed her parents and they said that my friend can do whatever she wants. So i'm still suspended, and my frined went to school today. I bet she told all my friends and there gonna be mad when I get back. What do I do? How do I make my friend and her family forgive me??

  Well you did something monumentally wrong in terms of a friendly relationship. For one you took her private information and impersinated her and looked at private information that she might not have wanted to share with you. Then when you knew she was upset about someone accessing her information you kept doing it. Also you didnt need to actually change her password. The solution to gaining there trust back is simple. First adjust your behavior and never knowingly do something wrong to her. Then show them that you feel really bad and just try to pay her back in any way you can think of just dont go too far where it gets creepy or something. Most people are willing to forgive someone if the other person knows they feel bad about it and are making an effort to fix there mistake it doesnt really matter how. They just need to know you are genuine about it.
