How do I make Yahoo mail the major email account?

Why do i get spam mail nearly immediatly after i make a new yahoo email account?

    i have had the same question and i have surmised that spam is sent to once defunct email address, AND to any potential email addresses. below is a 'clip' of information, with the link, that seems to bear out my opinion.
