Yahoo mail doesnt open?

when i try to open my yahoo mail my pc either crashes or it takes forever to load.. my pc is about 5 yrs old.. is there anything i can do to fix the problem.. ive cleaned my pc and it is still lagging on yahoo mail.. everything else opens fine

Yahoo is working on the mail site causing many issues for lots of others. Some are unable to access their mail, sign in or out or use any features, grayed out.

A number of things you can try include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history.. You could also try an alternative browser.
