    Wait until PayPal sends you an email confirming that the money is in your account, then you can print your label right there through PayPal or eBay (same company), the delivery confirmation is just $.19 (cents) thus it is better to print the shipping label in your home instead of at the USPS office.

You couldl actually read how Ebay works before listing items but you dont have to use Ebay/Paypal to print out a label. You can always do that at the post office. Dont forget to buy delivery tracking number to prove you shipped ite in case buyer claims you didnt. You have to wait until the payment has cleared in Paypal even if buyer makes a payment, does not mean it has cleared and is credited to Paypal before shipping. Buyer may not pay immediately. But you should send an invoice (located in your Sold Items under Actions). If nothing happens in 3 days, send a second invoice. That is what I have to do. I dont quite understand why you are supposed to mark item as Shipped before you receive payment but it might have somethng to do with you being a new seller if you are and the new Ebay regulations.

First you have to make sure the buyer pays, you will receive a notification from paypal as soon as they do. Don't do anything until you are positive that money is in your account. Next you can ship through paypal as they described or you can just take your package to the local post office and send it that way. It's the easiest thing to do if you're unsure of how the paypal part works. Make sure when you mail it off you have the buyer's correct address and get a delivery confirmation, I believe it's only one or two dollars extra. I never send without a delivery confirmation because the postal service could lose your package and you would be out both a package and the money the buyer paid, so the extra 2 dollars is really worth it. An even easier way to send would be through UPS or fed ex, a little more expensive but they would give you a tracking number you could give the buyer so he/she can see exactly where their package is at all times.
