I heard you can create your own pokemon on youtube but i cant understand! Can someone give me clear instructions? step-by-step? I really need it!

you probably need to download one of those hacking programs to put in your own data into a pokemon game, there is no customization of pokemon themselves in any game

There is a website where you can merge pokémon together to see what they're like but unless you have a lot of time on your hands to fiddle with photoshop etc. then you cannot.
