How do I eject a cartridge from an australian Sega Mega Drive?
-
I was recently given a (supposedly) working Sega Mega Drive that my uncle once used, and it came with a cartridge in it. I can't get it out, with the power off. He's overseas right now so I can't ask him to help me. Do I need to turn the power on to remove it? Even just at the wall, not on the actual console? I didn't think Australian SMDs had cartridge lock.

no megadrive ever had a cardridge lock you just need to pull the cardridge out unless the damn thing is actually glued in place which i doubt
