What are the best foods to eat for the health of your teeth?

What foods can I eat since I had all my wisdom teeth extracted today?

  • All of my wisdom teeth are taken out. What I have to eat right now is smooched banana, scrambled eggs, soups, porridge, jello, pudding and applesauce. We don't have ice cream. To be honest, I hate most of those things, anything with the consistency of pudding or around that really sucks. What are some solid foods I can squish to eat? Other foods that are more liquid? It's only been a couple hours and I already miss solid food. :( Help please.

  • Answer:

Believe me you wouldn't regret eating it because once you start eating something it likes it hurts like hell. You would want to eat those foods because it's soft. Take tynole because it relieves pain when you eat. I suggest going out and buying a small box if ice cream because you are gonna want something cold to sooth your gums.

You can eat any food that you can run through a blender or food processor. You could probably eat mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with some cream gravy. My sister had several teeth pulled at once years ago. She had me go to Taco Bell and get a burrito, which she proceeded to pulverize in a blender. It looked like, well you can imagine what it looked like.
