What is postgraduate masters course best to do?

MBA is a masters degree course or what?

  • I have done 2 year full time MBA in Human Resource Management as a regular student and applied for one job and the employer rejected my application on some eligibility criteria, on this I knocked the door of the judiciary for the judgement but the judge rejected my plea saying MBA (MASTERS of BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION) is not a masters degree. I have searched a lot on net to find out the legal proof that its a masters degree but I got nothing. I need your help to provide me any assistance in this matter any Indian universities' prospectus which shows that its a masters degree or any other link from where I can download the actual data which can help me in my problem, or any other data which you think can be helpful to me in my case. thanks in advance
