What are some songs with historical meaning?

What are some good alternative/punk/rock songs with alot of meaning or has piano in it?

  • for example songs like chances- heroes on parade, it all comes out on the way down- in fear and faith, a faint illusion- tides of a man, and also songs by emarosa, chiodos, and some by the band secrets. These songs are example of what im looking for and if anyone could find songs that kind of stand out from the everyday rock songs or heavy metal etc. Perferably no screaming, but im alright with a little bit. thanks so much! :)

Pearl Jam- Black pearl Jam- Daughter Pearl Jam- Jeremy The Clash- London Calling And i suspect when you say "heavy metal" you refer to the fusion of punk and metal, metalcore/posthardcore/screamo. Not real heavy metal which gave way to all modern metalcore/posthardcore/screamo bands.
