How can I get a job at McDonalds?

I can't get a job at McDonalds!?

  • No matter how hard I try, I cannot get a job at McDonalds!! I have seven different events to put on my extra curricular section of my CV and also I got 11 GCSEs! I also stated that I'm very committed to what I do and what I've done in the past to help others such as organize parties at the school for the elderly at Christmas, raise money for charity, help with the school production and also hand out gifts at the end of the party... I also mentioned I had 100% attendance at school!! What more could an employer looking for staff at McDonalds want! PS. I found out that my friend who is a complete drip and thick as hell and also does nothing like I do has got an interview! I cant even get past the application spot. HELP ME PLZZ!!

    more applications and its prob not you but the person looking at the applications but you could work somewhere alittle better like subway (if you don't mind being watched making the subs :D) or you could try 1 then another place and do a circle until hired --Eddie well if you read what he said right maybe you could find out what he means and not think its his dream... read the WHOLE thing before you answer please...

its the gcse (too many) and the ability organise parties etc you are the LAST person they want They want people who dont want to think for themselves, but do what they're told, when they are told They dont want MORE from you, they want LESS.

Who

Your over qualified maybe?.. They want an employee who's going to work for them a while. Not someone who's going to be employed and leave when they have a better opportunity for work.

McDonalds sucks! I'm sure you can get hired somewhere else nicer! I got hired at Disney world 1 month after my 16th birthday in a really high up high paying job with nothing but a good resume and a referral.
