How to get tanner and taller quickly?

  • Hi everyone. Im kinda light skinned and have freckles on my face. It seems like everytime i trybto get tanned, i just get more freckles. So how can i get more tan and get taller as quickly and naturally as possible. And is there any supplements, methods, anything to get taller. Even though im going thru puberty, mynparents are short-er so i will probably not be so tall anyways after puberty. Also is there any ways at all like maybe home remedies to get rid of freckles and get rid of pimples and whiteheads quickly. Thats it. Plz respond n Thx everyone
