Blood on my socks after running?

• From time to time when I come home and take my shoes off after running, my socks are very bloody! BUT there is no blood on my toes or feet and no signs of any cuts or anything. I do get blisters on my feet but they are not blood blisters, just regular blisters with no sign of blood in them. Matter fact after today's "bloody run" I have inspected my feet and one blister is not even popped yet. And the blood on the socks is dry. I know for a fact it was not there before I put the socks on. And I have inspected the inside of the shoe, there is no blood there either. And there is no part of my feet that hurts and the blisters dont hurt either. Can someone please help me figure out why MY SOCKS ARE BLEEDING!

  They're on their period. :) had to be said sorry. It could be one of your toe nails that could be damaged, usually it's damaged around or under the nail so you cant really see the wound. Try checking your sock by taking off your shoes during the run, for example every 5 or 10 minutes.
