How do I view other people's photos on Instagram?

So I don't have instagram, but everytime someone on twitter or facebook puts a picture up and I view it, it also has their username and it will say, for example: "29 pictures" but I am no able to click on it to see all 29 pictures. How do you do this/

Instagram can only be used on Apples IOS devices,iPhone, iPod or iPad. Also can be used on an Android device.
