How can I return a product online?

Can you return an E.L.F. Product you bought online in a store?

• If I don't like what I bought from eyeslipsface (E.L.F), do I have to ship it back and have it replaced or can I return it in a store?

  You can try but I don't think so because each stores buys products FROM ELF and sell it from there. If you didn't buy it from them, they probably won't return it since they weren't the one that sold it to you. It's best if you return the product from where you bought it from. If you can't, I don't think it was that much of a lost since they're cheap unless you're that broke or you bought a lot and didn't like all of them. No offense. Give it to a friend or somebody else. Edit: actually I checked on their website. It said, "We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We apologize, but due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges."
