Switzerland : Can you get a permanent residence permit if you study there for 4 years ?

Can you get a permanent residence for an asian national if you study for 4 yrs in Switzerland ? What are the condition to obtain permanent resident in Switzerland ? Like in UK or Canada if you finish your university there, you can apply for permanent residence Visa and become citizen of tht country, pls explain me the procedure for Switzerland
