Why can't I install joomla?

Cant install vista sp 1?

• I cant install it I have tried eveything from virus scanners to look for a virus , i used macafee then avg , then , house call . and other programs they say my computers clean . yet when I try to install i get the different codes for the problem. I then uninstalled all of the virus scanners, disabled windows firewall. I used microsofts fix it center . it makes changes and then asks for a reboot , when my computer comes back on I try to install again it wont install. I run fix it center and it fixes the same problem as before as for reboot. and I reboot same problem. So i decide time to a clean install I have a toshiba laptop so have to download their recovery disc creator.Here is where it gets weird . it wont install !!!!! It goes thru the process asks for the reboot and when the laptop reboots its gone !!!!!! nowhere to be found. Now before anyone asks the simple questions I am an intermediate computer user, I have formatted before on several computers. built 4 for myself and my family, and have set up several networks at home and others. Im thinking it is either a virus or a setting I dont know about that will not let certain installs take . I ghosted my 1 first hdd onto my second so im ready for reinstall on the 1st ( the hdd with windows on it for those that are wondering) I have googled til my fingers bleed looking for an answer and no one seems to have had this problem since i cant find it . or I have exhausted any and all fixes out there.it seems my only recourse is to buy a fresh copy of windows 7 and say heck with it all and format .I figured to ask here before I do that Please help

  Hello, you need to state WHY you cannot install Vista. What is happening when you try. What are you using to install Vista and onto what OS, PC ect. Also, please use paragraphs. I'm sorry but I can't produce an answer as there is not enough information other than what you have tried. I/We need to know what is causing the problem.
