How can I get my website onto cPanel?

Please Help me, website design stuff?

Please any help me. I have a new website and i want to change the header of the webpage. I tried using the cpanel but i dont know how to get to the edit website section. Can anyone help me out?? I want to put a new header on and if someone can give me a step by step process on how to do it il be really thankfull. Im kind of new to this also

Right click the index.htm file and open it with NotePad. Locate the <title> tags e.g. <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-… <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <title>The title of the page is here</title> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" /> and put your new title in.
