I am interested in the field of physical therapy, where do I start.

About massage therapy?

• So ive decided that i want to go into the field of massage therapy. but i dont even know where to start honestly :( ive seen how massage therapy works on people. id love to get into this. things i wanna know would be: what classes to take that would help lead to the ways of MT? see honestly i dont even know what to ask. i am brand spankin new to this but im serious about learning. what did you do when you started getting into it? every bit of info helps!

  Licensed schools of massage know what the requirements are in your locale and will teach at least the minimum curriculum and hours. Search for schools in your area and check out their websites, then schedule an interview with a representative at those that look interesting to you. Some questions to ask include but are not limited to: class times, length of time to complete, is financing available, are scholarships available, how many students per class, is there a code of conduct, what if you change your mind and want to quit, who provides supplies and materials, is there job placement assistance and whatever else you can think of after doing some research.
