Where Can I Find The Pictures I Deleted?

Can the po-po find deleted pictures/videos for a school investigation?

  • Alright, so I got my iPhone taken away cuz i was showing a fight to some girl. The teacher looked over her shoulder and saw a glimpse of it. She asked me for my phone and I deleted the video before giving it to her. I later go to claim it at the end of the day but they say they dont have it. I later find out that the teacher who took it has been telling her students that a student had his phone confiscated and that there was a full investigation on it. I found the teacher and she told me I can have my phone back on tuesday when my vice principal gets back. But that my vice principal wants to talk about some things on the phone with her and some people and that I cant get it back unless I show her all of my videos. But the problem is that I don't have any videos or pics on my phone and that are bad. But I have had some bad pics and vidz on my phone related to illegal things. Can the po po search my pics and vidz that i have deleted even if I don't have icloud? And do you think I'm getting in trouble for something?

Im pretty sure they could get it if they wanted...however they probably wont try and just give you your phone back when they see everything is good.
