What are some careers in the medical field without direct patient contact?

Do I just need to be patient?

• I met a woman at work and we started talking a lot. We have hung out a few times and had our first and only kiss about a month ago. I'm absolutely crazy about her. I haven't felt this way about anyone before. We constantly talked to each other when we were apart and she even started addressing me with pet names. About two weeks ago I asked if she would be my girlfriend. She replied with, "Not right now. I've got so much going on right now that it wouldn't be fair to you either. I need to settle down and focus on myself and fixing myself first." Now I'll explain a little about what she means. She is currently on house arrest and lost her drivers license for the time being. I don't want to make her out to be a criminal or anything because she is really a great person. I wouldn't be so attracted to her if she wasn't a good person. We are both in our twenties and we both have amazing, respectable careers in the medical field. But she has had a rough life I will say. Ever since that conversation she flirts a lot less, and the pet names have ceased. I don't understand. I do understand that she has a lot to deal with right now but I don't understand why I can't be her boyfriend through it. I've been more than helpful in her current situation and have been nothing but a positive force in her life. Do I need to be patient? I feel like she is fading away or something. I've been so depressed since that conversation. I can't even tell if she likes me anymore. I just don't know what to do or what I'm doing. Sorry for the wall of text. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. And I thank you in advance for your time.

  She may be depressed. And think that no one could help her & that it wouldn't be right to say Yes && not be able to actually be there . Yes be very patient as soon as she's out of that mess if she see's you pulled through with her she will say yes. She is obviously concerned that you will not like her if she isn't there and that you may break her heart for something she can't help . If you really love her then You start calling her by A favorite pet name of her's remind her sometimes of great moments , && bring life back into her . She will love you if you prove that your the right man . Don't give up on her . Make her believe in herself, Tell her how beautiful she is , How special she is And how you feel , tell her you won't leave her side until she forces you. Be aggresive. But not harsh.
