How long does it take to get THC out of your system?

• i have been smoking moderately for 2-3 months, probably 4-6 times a week for the first month or so and then in the last month maybe only once or twice on the weekends. i quit 2 weeks ago and i have a drug test coming up in a couple of weeks and i was just wondering if i could get some input on how long it will take to get out of my system for a piss test, i have heard many different ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months and i was hoping to get a more accurate range. i am 6' 230 lbs. im a pretty muscular build though, i have some fat but not a whole lot. i lift and run 3-4 times a week and drink alot of fluids, but my overall diet is not the best. thanks for the help

  First of all its illegal... i must say that so were ok on the legal eagal side. You must stay away from any kind of thc even touching it will show .make sure all your jackets are washed and before, you go shower and scrub your hair 2 times. eat some beets plus some cabbage it cleans out any impurities. drink vitamin juice and lots of spring water. you'll be ok. but make sure you go to the gym.get sweaty force those poisons right out. change your sheets, hats, pillow cases. no hanging with your buds if thier toking its your neck not theres.ok?
